Dylan was a multi-sport athlete in his youth and fell in love with basketball early on. He played on the varsity team for Pomperaug High School and was vice president of his club basketball team throughout college.

Dylan has a Master of Business Administration from Quinnipiac University and worked as an assistant manager of the Connecticut Football Club (CFC) of Bethany, CT for many years, where he organized tournaments and monitored youth soccer games.

Dylan has a passion for helping kids and currently works as a substitute teacher at Long Meadow Elementary School (LMES).
